We offer two primary modes of employment to cater to diverse needs and preferences:
- Remote Employment: Work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice, with flexible hours to accommodate your personal schedule, as long as project deadlines and team collaborations are met.
- Onsite Employment: Join us at our vibrant office located in Agra, where you’ll collaborate with your team in a dynamic and interactive workspace.
2. Working Hours
- Our standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
- Employees are entitled to weekends off to rest, recharge, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Flexibility in working hours can be discussed with your reporting manager, especially for remote employees in different time zones.
3. Attendance and Productivity
- Onsite employees must adhere to attendance protocols, logging in and out daily through our internal system.
- Remote employees are expected to provide daily updates on tasks via our project management tools to ensure transparent communication.
- All employees must uphold the company’s productivity standards and meet project deadlines.
4. Leave Policy
- Annual Leave: Employees are entitled to 12 paid leaves annually.
- Sick Leave: Up to 6 days of sick leave per year, without deductions, with prior notice where possible.
- Casual Leave: 6 days of casual leave annually for personal emergencies.
- Public Holidays: Employees enjoy all national and festival holidays as per the company calendar.
5. Code of Conduct
- Employees must maintain professional decorum in all interactions, whether onsite or virtual.
- We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, and workplace misconduct.
- All team members are expected to respect confidentiality and avoid sharing sensitive company information outside the organization.
6. Communication and Collaboration
- Clear and regular communication is a priority at TechSpire.
- Remote employees must attend mandatory team meetings via video conferencing to stay connected with the team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Onsite employees benefit from collaborative spaces designed for team discussions, brainstorming, and problem-solving.

- Employees or the company can terminate the employment contract with a 30-day notice period.
- In cases of misconduct or violation of company policies, termination may be immediate and without notice.
